Continuing on from the story 'Rose's adventure', Anita, Amelia and Daniel decided that it would be a good idea to make a sequel to the story. It started off with just a pen and a piece of paper again, and I wrote down what they narrated to me. They wanted to carry on with the theme of Rose, so they thought very hard about what a caterpillar does next and how they were going to write it into a book. The story was then typed up, illustrated, laminated and bound. It was awesome to see that they wanted to continue to explore their literacy skills again through another book, as well as grasping the concept that you can have two stories carrying on from one another, based on the same idea or character. Anita, Amelia and Daniel were very proud of themselves for writing a second book and it was great to share another writing experience with them.

Well done Anita, Amelia and Daniel! I already loved Rose's Adventure and am very happy to see your story continued. It's great that you are still showing an interest in the life of caterpillars and butterflies :-)
