Hooray it's Wheels Day!!

Today we all enjoyed 'Wheels Day' wearing black and red. By wearing these colours and donating a gold coin, we were supporting Canterbury and those who were affected by the Earthquake. For some added fun we brought along our bikes, scooters and trikes.
The car park was closed off at 10am and this became our race track for the next few hours.
We vroooomed and zoooomed , raced and chased. This was thirsty work and when we were almost out of breath we stopped at the drink station for water. We even had a bike race, which went from one end of the car park to the other!
It was a fun filled morning and the rain managed to stay away for once! Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Thanks Sheree our cook for the delicious cup cakes with 'black and red' icing, and thanks to our Mums and Dads for remembering our bikes and gold coins so that we could make a contribution to those in need.

Cheers Pre-School One
